TORNADO? 🌪

 What a week! 👨‍🍳👨‍🍳 It was so quick! So many powerful things the past 7 days that were awesome. 🐍🙏

We had Elder and Sister Ringwood come last weekend! 🌻 Sister Ringwood is the prophets daughter 🐐 and to hear from both of them made for a really great day. 💯🚀 After the meeting, I got chosen to interview with Elder Ringwood 😨 and that was such a special opportunity that I will never forget. 🔥📝

On Saturday I was so happy, because we went to the track 🙏💃 but I soon found out (after running 5 miles) that the air quality was 415! 🪦🕊 Whoops! I indeed had a headache for the rest of the day... but I am never passing up an opportunity to run. 🐋🐋

We got to watch José receive the priesthood on Sunday🥕 which was amazing. José has so much faith 🥹 and it is the best reminder of how much joy Christ and the gospel brings me and others. 🛸

Yesterday, we headed up to Bentonville to do "Transfer 1" Training! 🍼🍼 (A transfer is 6 week periods) It was so fun! 📈 It was fun to reunite with all the missionaries I came in with 🎎 and to see President and Sister Hathaway and Sister Campbell 👭 We also found an entire family last night after we got back 🪅 and celebrated a birthday party with them! 🎉🎂 It was really fun and so random. 🪀 I love hispanics. 🌮

Whenever I get to run, I think how it is such a good analogy to missionary work and life 🍳🍳 When you run and are not putting in much effort, it will usually feel easy and you won't be getting faster 💤🥱

When you run hard and fast and put in your best effort 🏃‍♀️💨 that is when you are going to see growth and see yourself get faster. 🐆🍌

I have seen how my effort affects my growth out here in Arkansas! 🦅 I have only been here for a month, but I have truly seen growth from consistent effort. 🪄🪄 So stop doing things halfway! 🐄 If you are going to do something, WORK HARD ‼️ and put in your best effort, and as you do so, Heavenly Father will bless you immensely. 👇💥
