Sophomores Now!

 Oh hey guys!! 💃 I'm back with another week complete at the CCM 🇲🇽🦧


This week was fire. 🍋‍🟩 🌮 Classes are starting to go by way faster, and me and Brimhall worked a lot on having positive attitudes and SMILING everyday. (Shoutout to Hermana King for the reminder) 🐸🔥




Smiling this week was especially important because me and Brimhall have been so ill 😐😷
Basically, I definitely got her sick, but I am hoping we are on the mend... maybe 🙈🍅 But thankfully we don't let that slow us down and the Mexican drugs here are magic and help us get GOOD sleep 🔮✨️
Me and Brimhall have been going insane at pickleball... (shoutout BYU buddies, emerson, and my dad) 🎾🏓👯‍♀️ Also Addison and Leah for winning a pickleball tournament at BYUI this week 😤




We did in fact beat the elders this week, 💸💰 AND we happen to be getting tan in the process🦩🌴 The food continues to be deliciousness and meal time is always fun to chat with everyone 🥦




This week we had the chance to do service in one of the Elders MANSIONS. 👑🤨 Long story short- we were cleaning it and getting it ready for new Elders to come- and I never want to be in there again.🚫🙅‍♀️ I don't know how boys live like that 🙂 It was pretty nasty. 🧼🧹 But shoutout to the love/heartbreak note we found on the floor from a poor elder who was missing his girlfriend a lot 💔 (I hope you're doing better 🖖) It was actually a little funny. 🤫 

The devotionals this week were SO good. 🙏This week we said goodbye to the WHOLE CCM presidency (the people who have been in charge of the CCM for the past 2 years,) and we got a new presidency! 🎉🥹 On Sunday we sang the EFY medley for choir (yes mom and hailey I do choir 😁) And WHOA. The spirit was so strong. 💙 We also sang "The Spirit of God," while the new presidency came in, and the whole auditorium sang with SO much power. 🪽🎶 Music is so powerful, and brings people together so much. 💯🩷 So go have a dance party this week. 🕺(shoutout Hailey bc I miss our rando dance intermissions)


Shoutout to my district family. 🙏🐤 My district is so awesome, and I have watched all of us progress in Spanish and our testimonies so much. 🎂 Our teachers are truly the best. 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫 Our favorite thing to do lately is to teach our (very Mexican) teachers English slang. 😏 Like "What's up dawgs," and "That's cap," and honestly, not a lot of other things have made me laugh harder 😹 Especially when one of the teachers told us to "Go get that bread." 🥖😂 



Last thing is a huge shoutout to our hard working fan named Jorge. ☃️❄️ He works day and night to keep our body temps regulated, and I don't know what we would do without him. 🙏🛌 #wearecoldsleepers


Thank you for the emails last week 🥹🦄 They mean SO much to me, and all of you who sent one are at the top of my favorite humans list 🤟🍉 
I have been loving focusing on carrying the "light of Christ" with me everyday, because it truly makes me happier.❤️‍🔥🌞 So if you want to be happier, you should try it!! 💖 Focus on the blessings around you, smiling, and being kind to everyone. 💯 I fr love you guys.🫶 I think about you, and I truly hope your lives are muy bien. 💌

 Aloha amigos 🏵 Twas another solid week here down in Arkansas 🍒  Got a new companion on Thursday! 🎠 Me and Hermana Willets have been grinding the work away this week 👩‍🍳 She is awesome though 💯 Her Spanish is phenomenal and she LIKES TO RUN 🗣🗣 Lets gooooo #soblessed ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 The weather here has been wild. ☀️🌧🌩❄️ In the course of this week we have had 40 degree days and 85 degree days, the most rain i've ever experienced in my life, some pretty good sunburns and tornado warnings! 🐒🦧 Arkansas will keep you on your toes 👣  General conference was this past weekend 🏆 If I am being honest, I watched all of the sessions in Spanish, and I didn't catch a lot 🤕 So I am excited to go back and read every single talk! 🦅  But email me and let me know what your favorite talk or part was! 🍿🍿 Even though I didn't understand conference super well 🎭 it was pretty incredible watching our friends we are teaching and our recent converts watch conference 🐦‍🔥 It is s...

Mexico MTC!

  Hi guys! I am in Mexico! 🇲🇽 🙏😍  The past week has been actually crazy and so many emotions and one of the best weeks of my life. 🍉👐 I said bye to my fam at 4am on Thursday 😞 (also shoutout to President Cobb for coming ❤️) and arrived at the CCM (my missionary training place) at 7 that night and it was sick. The CCM is WAY nicer than I thought and I am honstly living a boujee life here. 🤩🌴  - idk what I was excepting but basically we have pink sheets AND an ironing board in our rooms, if that gives you a better idea 👸👸 My companion is Hermana Brimhall- and to put it shortly, we're the same person. 🧜‍♀️ The moment I saw her was THE BEST. ‼️ I had waited all day (since like 3am 💤) to see her and hanging out in person is 503803x better than zoom calls! 🤫 We've had a lil too much fun matching outfits everyday this week, and absoluty grinding during our workout time. 💪💸 We might get accidentally ripped while we're here 😄 Alright.
