Live From Arkansas!

Wow guys! It has been so long 😿 I apologize for the lack of email from last week, as I was in fact flying in planes all day with no phone 🪐✈️

I would like to make a public announcement that I am officially in ARKANSAS 🤠🇲🇽 This week has been unreal, but first lemme recap the last few days at the CCM 🦜☀️

I miss my CCM family 😞 Shoutout to them, because I love you guys so much 💌🏆 We did district blessings before we left, which was so, so powerful 🙏 The priesthood is amazing! 💯

 We also fit in as many hours of sand volleyball as we could, which never failed to have me laughing historically 🐈🏐 Saying bye to Brimhall broke my heart though 💔 The people in Cali are being crazy blessed right now 🌊 It is crazy how you can become best friends with someone in 6 weeks 🚿🏃‍♀️

Our last night as a district was really special, and long story short, I will never forget my time at the CCM 🖖❤️‍🔥

Last Wednesday at 3am I loaded up in a van and headed to the aiport! 🦧 I actually ended up sitting next to an amazing man on the plane, and we talked about the gospel the entire time. 😨 I ended up giving him a BOM and it was the type of situation you practice at the MTC 👑 I got to AR around 5pm, and met my President and ate some yummy food at his casa! 🐔🏡 

Since then I have just been grinding out the work with my comp Hermana Hellmann! 🔨📚 She is awesome- she has been about for a year, and is legit fluent 🐋 

I have learned this is a door knocking mission! 🚪🇲🇽 For finding, we knock tons of doors, we go to Gualmar (Walmart) and we also find the houses that have outdated holiday decorations and shoes on the front porch for Hispanics 🙌🎄🎅 That being said, there a TONSSS of Spanish speakers here 🗣✝️ My area is Fort Smith, and it essentially is all Hispanics, which is litty! 🪅🎊 I have met 6283893 people named Juan, and I have gotten to speak a bunch of Spanish, and it is so cool 🧞‍♀️ I am obviously bad at speaking, but the people here love that I am learning Spanish, and talking to them 🥹🦋 

Also, the members here in our Spanish branch are actually insane 📢 We get fed every night, and their willingness, and joy for missionary work is AMAZING 🌮👭

We got to do exchanges on Monday, (when we switch companions for a day) and it was with English speaking Sisters... 😨😨 So... that meant I had to to run the Spanish area (I had to do all the talking in Spanish, bc i'm with an English comp) 🪦🕊 I was indeed very spooked, because I had infact been in the field for 5 days. 👩‍🍼🍼 That being said, it went so good 🤠💝 Through the Gift of Tounges, I was able to invite people to church and give them Book of Mormons, even though I basically couldn't understand anything they said to me!! 🐶🐶 This day ended up being exactly what I needed, and spending the day with Sister Campbell opened my eyes to the kind of missionary I want to be. 🌺❤️

Anyways! Sorry this was kind of long🍿 I love this work, and love this place 🌞 One thing I really admire about my area, is there deep love for Jesus Christ 💟 Everyone we talk to LOVES Jesus, and has such a strong testimony of him and his atonement ❤️‍🔥 Jesus loves you. He died for you and he is our Savior!🕊
